The problem
High-risk merchants get put on a single MID with no visibility and no backup. Approvals slide, chargebacks climb, and the first real sign of trouble is the shutdown email. It usually looks like this:
One MID · no orchestration
Shut downOrchestrated across MIDs
ProcessingWe set you up with more than one processor. If one stops working, your payments carry on through another. You do not lose a day of sales, and you do not have to start again from scratch.
Your payment operation at a glance — all brands.
Illustrative product view. Figures are demo data.
Rebills, free trials and continuity offers.
Disputes climb with every billing cycle, and one closed MID takes the whole book of recurring revenue with it.
Supplements, wellness and regulated consumer products.
Mainstream providers decline the category on the MCC alone, however clean the operation actually is.
Paid-traffic funnels and large order values.
Standard risk models flag high AOV and aggressive acquisition on sight, then hold the settlement.
Several stores, several markets, several MIDs.
No single view of approvals or settlement, and reconciliation done by hand across a dozen dashboards.
Three products, one system. Your payment data, your routing, and your MIDs.

Every transaction, subscription and customer in one dashboard. Spot what is failing and fix it without switching tools or waiting on a developer.

Route transactions across multiple MIDs and processors. Better approvals, lower costs, and traffic balanced so no single MID carries all the risk.

Alerts before a dispute becomes a chargeback, full case management, and threshold monitoring that keeps your MIDs from being shut down.
Payment orchestration
Give each transaction the best possible path, and keep your MIDs healthy while you do it.

Solutions
If this is your operation, this is what Vertlo was built for.
Rebills, free trials, delayed charges and dunning, managed from the same place you see your transactions — instead of three disconnected tools.
Card network alerts land before the dispute is filed, so you can refund or resolve and stay under the monitoring thresholds that close MIDs.
Several stores, each with its own MIDs and processors. One system across all of them, with reporting kept separate per entity.
Approvals slipping and no idea why. See it per MID, per BIN, per region — then route around the problem instead of guessing at it.
Accepted methods
Cards and wallets across your markets, processed through your MIDs or ours.
Integrations
Vertlo sits behind what you sell on today. Nothing to rebuild, nothing to migrate.
Anything else connects through the API.
Getting started
01
Connect your setup
Shopify, a hosted Vertlo checkout, or our API. Bring your existing MIDs, use ours, or run both side by side.
02
Set your routing
Decide how traffic is split across MIDs and processors, and what happens when a payment fails or a MID starts to slip.
03
Watch it and tune it
Approvals, declines, chargebacks and subscriptions in one view — with the controls to act on them in the same place.
“We stopped translating our business model to a support queue. Vertlo understood the operating reality on the first call, and the setup reflects it.”

FAQs
Established ecommerce merchants in categories mainstream providers find difficult — DTC and subscription brands, supplements and wellness, funnel and high-ticket commerce, and cross-border or multi-entity operations. Every business is reviewed individually, and we only work with lawful ones.
No. Most merchants keep their existing MIDs and add ours alongside them. Vertlo routes across whatever you have, so you can shift volume gradually rather than migrating in one go — and you keep a fallback while you do.
Both, which is the point. Pure orchestration platforms can only route the acquiring you already hold. We route it and can provide it, so if the problem is that nobody will approve you, that is a conversation we can actually have.
Connecting the platform is quick — Shopify, a hosted checkout or the API. Acquiring is the variable: it depends on your category, volumes, markets and documentation. We will tell you what the realistic path looks like on the call rather than quote you a number we cannot hold to.
We cannot promise that. Approval depends on underwriting, compliance and the acquiring available for your category and market. What we will do is give you a straight answer quickly instead of leaving an application open for weeks.
Pricing depends on your volumes, categories, markets and which parts of the platform you use, so there is no public rate card. You will get concrete numbers on the call, not a range that changes later.
Often, yes — it is one of the most common reasons merchants come to us. Bring the closure notice and any correspondence to the call; the reason it happened shapes what is available next.
Yes. You get card network alerts before a dispute is filed, full case management and representment, and threshold monitoring so you can see a problem building rather than finding out when the MID closes.
